Hello, I just got FFF a couple weeks ago, but I've already made 5 recipes and I'm excited to see here that there will be a sequel.  I love it!  However, I just tried to make PB&J Breakfast Cookies, and I have a question: should the butter have been softened, melted, or fridge-temperature?  I did it with fridge-temperature butter since it didn't say softened or melted, but it seemed like the butter didn't want to mix well.  What should I do next time?  Thanks for clarifying!

Hi Amy, I soften my butter for this recipe too. Squishy but not melting. If that makes any sense! Smiley
