Sun-dried Pesto Chicken got "Wow" reviews from my testers. They were initially skeptical that it would work well in the smaller, 8 x 8-inch baking dish. But trust me, you won't be disappointed. My family enjoyed this baked dish with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, from Fix, Freeze, Feast, and steamed broccoli. Simple, yet delicious.
Warehouse Ingredient: 1 tray (about 6 pounds) boneless, skinless half-breasts.
